USERS: The person accessing and/or using the MMConecta portal is considered a USER who, by the very act of accessing or using the site, accepts the General Conditions of Use listed herein.The above Conditions apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may be enforceable in each case.
USE OF THE PORTAL: mmconecta.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs and data (hereinafter, the “content”) on the internet belonging to MMConecta or its licensors to which the USER can access. DATA PROTECTION: MMConecta complies with its obligations pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, 13 December, Personal Data Protection, Royal Degree 1720/2007, 21 December, by which the implementing regulation of the Organic Law is approved, and other regulations in force at any time, and undertakes to ensure proper use and processing of users’ personal data. All rights reserved.
